Registration Instruction

ISAAI 2024 will be conducted in hybrid mode, attendees are advised to select their registration fees based on their preferred mode of participation. Please note the following instructions regarding registration and submission of additional papers

  • Hybrid Mode Participation: Indicate your choice of participation—either virtual or in-person—when registering. This choice will determine the applicable registration fees.
  • Additional Papers Submission: Authors with full registration are entitled to submit up to three additional papers. Please ensure that each additional paper is clearly linked to the author's primary registration.
  • Additional Paper Fees: For each additional paper submitted beyond the first, an extra fee, equivalent to 50% of the original registration fee, will be charged. This fee applies to all subsequent papers up to the three-paper limit.

Authors are encouraged to review their registration details and paper submissions carefully to ensure compliance with these guidelines.

Cancellation & Refund

Your conference fees for ISAAI 2024 can be refunded for a cancellation fee of 70% on or before 31st August 2024 with the following exception: if your registration was used to upload a final paper to the conference, there will be no refund. After 31st August 2024, Conference fees cannot be refunded. All refunds will be processed after the Conference.
